An Introduction to Radio AstronomyMarch 10, 2023
For most of us, the idea of astronomy is something we directly connect to “stargazing”, telescopes and seeing magnificent displays in the heavens. And to be sure, that is the exciting area of astronomy that accounts for its huge popularity. So, to the uninitiated, the idea of “radio astronomy” seems strange. There are two reasons for that. First is that humans are far more visual than audio oriented. And the second is that radio astronomy doesn’t really involve “listening” to the cosmos except to the extent that scientists who use this sophisticated form of “stargazing” do not rely on visual study to conduct their work.

Agro fuel, commonly known as bio fuel, is derived from biomass. It can be a solid, liquid or gas fuel. Bio fuel is now a common means of decreasing greenhouse gas emissions and is now used as fossil fuel alternative. It is eyed to replace fossil fuels in the near future. However, it was researched that though bio fuel reduces the greenhouse effect, the release of Nitrous Oxide from commonly used bio fuel contributes much to global warming.

  • Understanding the Theories of Criminology
brown leather wallet on the crime scene

When it comes to understanding the theories behind connections between crimes and individuals or the community, many people may not realize that the beliefs that differentiate the theories are not as complex as they may seem at first. Today we are going to discuss understanding the theories of criminology. When it comes to understanding the theories behind connections between crimes and individuals or the community, many people may not realize that the beliefs that differentiate the theories are not as complex as they may seem at first. By simplifying the core of the theories, individuals are able to more properly understand the different theories that can help individuals to identify the theory that they most identify with when considering the interactions of crime and society. Once the foundation of each theory is understood, it is much easier to build upon the theory by including some of the more complex ideas supported by the theory. A number of theories exist, and many are being created daily on the part of individuals. However, there are a few theories that are more common and widely held as beliefs than other theories may be. There are social structure theories, or those theories that the status and construction of the social setting will define the likelihood and amount of crime in the area. Individuals that are exposed to poverty and other signs of social deterioration are believed to be more prone to crimes and acts of violence. There are other specific social theories that believe crime is perpetuated by the inequality that exists within the social structure that is established. When people are unable to achieve that which society expects of them, such as the “American Dream”, these individuals turn to crime to try to realize this dream. Individual theories exist in order to explain criminology within a society. Trait theories are those based on scientific knowledge of the human body and how chemicals and genetic material will determine or alter how an individual responds to stimuli. Aggressive behavior and antisocial tendencies are just some of the many personality traits of individuals that are involved in crime, and the links to genetics, hormones and other biological factors are currently being studied. Some theories stop looking at what encourages an individual to become corrupt, and instead focus on the effects of society to explain how and why some people are able to lead productive and admirable lives. These theories are commonly referred to as control or social control theories. In an example, it is illustrated that an individual that has a greater degree of self-control will be able to wait patiently while attaining their dream or goal instead of using possibly degenerate means in order to gain immediate access to their desire. Symbolic interaction as a theory examines the relationship of the powerful, ruling class and those that are less powerful. By integrating themselves into the belief that they were less powerful, youths that were looked down on played up to the role designated to them. It represents a self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts since the youths are taking the more powerful group at their word and transferring the definition onto themselves as criminals. Of the last main theories that surround criminology, rational choice theory maintains that criminals weigh the pros and cons of an outcome just like anyone else. When the costs and benefits are dissected, the criminal will make a decision. They may also consider the time and place for the crime as well in order to find the situation with the lowest crime risk.

  • What criminology is!
man clenching fist near a woman covering face while sitting

We all are familiar with the term criminology, today we are going to understand what criminology is? It is the study of crime and criminal behavior, informed by principles of sociology and other non-legal fields, including psychology, economics, statistics, and anthropology. Criminals have masks – What criminology is! Photo by Engin Akyurt on Pexels.com When investigators are examining and studying crime from a scientific perspective, this is referred to as criminology. This includes the parallels between crime and different forms of phenomenon such as the development of particular types of laws. Criminology also works to identify how to address the criminal behavior of criminals and how to eventually control the criminal element. Drawing on psychological and sociological research, criminologists are able to look at the different ways in which a criminal’s environment will affect them. It can also help when it comes to profiling criminals in order to understand them and have a better chance of catching a criminal that is on the loose. By using criminology, individuals are able to not only profile a potential perpetrator, but they are also able to take a more intellectual look at how crime is perpetuated in our world and what steps can be taken in order to limit crime. Different School of thoughts There are different schools of thought when it comes to how individuals approach the concept of criminology. Some of the most popular schools include those that are known as the Classical school, the Positivist school and the Chicago school. These schools were developed over a period of time, ranging from the middle of the 19th century and continuing well into the 20th century with the Chicago school of thought. One of the main factors that differentiate the schools of thought would be how the criminologists view the environment in the life of the criminal. Some believe that the criminals have to take responsibility for their actions regardless of what is happening in the environment at the time, in line with the Classical movement, while others believe that criminals may be predisposed to crime, as is proposed by the Positivists. The Chicago school of thought poses the possibility that criminals are able to learn deviant behaviors from others and that when social organizations, such as schools and neighborhoods, are not organized they will not be able to control the criminal element that occurs. By identifying how an individual feels that crime is either created or continued, it can provide the basis for the school of thought that the individual falls under when it comes to criminology. Why we should study it! Criminology experts look at crime in a variety of different manners. By defining the distinctions between the different types of crimes, it is easier to come up with theories as to how and why the crime took place. One type of crime would be those that go against core values. These seemingly natural laws are ones that are common among many different cultures, separated by time and space. Natural laws are those that are considered to be able to protect individuals and their property from abuse by others. Some of the more controversial laws include statutes which are put into place by legal institutions. The relationship between state and citizen is explored in these laws, which is what causes the conflict in some instances. As a result of looking at the different construction foundations behind laws, it is possible to understand the many different ways in which crimes are categorized. Organized crime, state crime, blue- or white-collar crimes and organized crime are some of the most popular types of crime that exist.

  • Basic Salary Negotiation Tips
set of black opened envelope and cash dollars

Money is the most sensitive issue in the whole hiring process. Discussing the compensation often causes anxiety in both employee and employer. Here are Seven basic salary negotiation tips to make this process efficient. 1) Research Before the interview process begins, contact the professional organization that represents your field of career. As soon as they provide you with your salary information, you can now examine your monthly cash requirements. Remember that once your taxes are added to your paycheck, approximately 30% of your gross monthly salary is deducted. 2) Determine your skills You should understand that different segments of the economy require a variety of skills depending on the industry setting. Once you have established what your skills are and what they are worth to the current employment market, you will know the limitations of your negotiation. Salary range information is available at American Almanac of Jobs and Salaries, National Association of College and Employers, Career Center, and professionals in your related field. In stating your salary range, avoid basing your desired salary on your current salary. Always tell the truth when it comes to your past salary. It is acceptable to extend a range to approximately $6,000 to show that you are within the company’s price range but interested in more compensation. 3) Weigh the company’s compensation package To determine your fair market value for a specific job, you should consider the economic, geographic, and industry factors of the job offer. Weigh the benefits of compensation and promotions, insurance, allowed time off and retirement settlements of the offer to ensure a fair proposed salary. 4) Sell yourself If you know what you could offer the company requires a larger income, never say it directly. Once you sell yourself discreetly, the interviewer would understand that the proposed salary is not appropriate for your background. 5) Have a positive attitude In negotiating, never compete. Negotiation is basically a process which could benefit both parties. Understand your needs and those of the company. 6) The final offer Be aware when the negotiation is done. Pushing further when a deal has been set could give a negative first impression on your part. 7) Show what you are made of The interview is only the first step in having enhanced compensation. Once you are hired, offer your skills to the company and prove your worth by doing quality work. You may even get a promotion for doing so. Based on a survey conducted by the Society for Human Resource Management, four out of five employees are willing to negotiate compensation. Understanding these basic tips will allow you to enhance the terms of your new job.

  • My Dream Job: Nonsense Talk
unrecognizable woman with laptop resting on bench in park

What’s your dream job? My dream job is to become a truth teller. Let me explain it in more detail. I never wanted to become an anyone; I like my anonymity. Since childhood I have always tried to know the facts behind anything. If I saw anything, immediately I thought why it happened and why not the other way around, if anybody asked me something, I used to think why he was asking that, he could have asked me something else, but then why not. These why, why not and how always have troubled me. They created my world. Without the answer to those I can’t even breathe. Thus, every action of mine is so well justified to me that most of the time I struggle to fit myself in between two other people, because they never make sense to me at all. People gather and tell all fictitious stories which anyone can find out by the conflicts in it. I tried to be part of it but unfortunately, I couldn’t speak more than a few sentences. It was not that I don’t have anything to share or say but I realized my words will be as irrelevant as theirs. Every time I faced someone; I knew they wanted to know something about me which I always have resisted. I want to share my self with others but only in return for theirs. I never felt answerable to other people just because they asked me a question out of their curiosity or to test me. Context is the fundamental fabric of any interaction; if anyone asks a question without a context and expects an answer then he or she is a fool of the first water. There will definitely be some spontaneous answers available to such questions but they wouldn’t be genuine or true. Because a question asked thoughtfully can only have the right answer if given thoughtfully. And it is mostly possible if the question is with a context, and if the answer is given after a pause. These current and above paragraphs are completely out of context and only written to express my inner self as a justification of why I am writing the last paragraph. Phrases that we have to consider here are: ‘too good to be true’, ‘it is fun’, ‘exciting’, ‘rewarding’, ‘pays well’ and the most important and worst ‘The work is the kind of stuff you might be doing even if there was no money in it’. To everyone’s surprise again ‘they are not easy to find but worth pursuing’. It seems a Dream Job is like someone else’s girlfriend who for a change came to you on a date and having all kinds of fun. • Anger Management in Children
toddler with red adidas sweat shirt

Anger, a normal emotion, can transform into something painful and ugly. First thoughts of anger issues may bring about images of a couple fighting, a parent abusing a child, a teenager lashing out at a teacher or a parent. Rarely will images of angry children come to mind. Unfortunately, children, at very young ages, have to deal with feelings of anger and rage. This is a truth which is often difficult to understand or manage. So, it is important that we take this matter seriously and find solutions for anger management in children. Child’s behavior Children, young children especially, aren’t normally aware of how they feel. When a child becomes upset or mad, they simply show these emotions through their behavior. A good example of this might be the little boy in the supermarket who throws a tantrum because he’s upset. Many parents have had to deal with similar situations. It is unfortunate that often times these occurrences are overlooked or dismissed because they are “just children”. Anger management in children is as important, or perhaps even more important than anger management in adults. How to direct child’s emotion A child requires instruction and guidance from their coming into the world to their entry into adulthood. The things they learn throughout their young lives are likely to form the person they become as an adult. For this reason, anger management in children with difficulties controlling their temper is extremely important. Finding ways to teach anger management in children might present challenges. There are programs designed specifically for children with anger management issues. Finding one that works for a particular child might require testing many methods. Not all children will respond to the same treatments for anger management in children. Because a child cannot always relate their feelings surrounding angry outburst, finding the right approach may take some time. Until the issue is resolved or at least controlled, it is imperative to continue the search. Young children may respond well to worksheets, games and fun activities. All of these can be used effectively to teach anger management in children. Developing programs which incorporate each of these might be the best route to take. A child completing a worksheet, coloring sheet or participating in games and activities with underlying messages regarding anger management, may not even realize they are working on their problem. Making the activity fun doesn’t mean that the anger issue has to be left out. Choosing fun activities which teach healthy interaction and decision making might be good for anger management in children. Teaching them to take turns and helping them to learn that they can’t always be the best or the winner would definitely make a difference when confrontational situations arise. Little activities which instill values and positive thinking would be beneficial for anger management in children. If a child is old enough to talk about their anger problem, encouraging them to share their feelings is important. Suggesting they talk to someone who they feel comfortable with and trust is a good idea regarding anger management in children. Asking them to write or draw about their emotions may be able to help disclose their underlying issues, whether fear, hurt or sadness. Teaching them to ask for help when they feel threatened or angry would certainly help the child with a problem. The important detail to realize when considering anger management in children are they are just “children”. Their minds are not equipped to handle big people situations and so they will require a more careful approach.

woman eating strawberry in the kitchen

It can be very tempting to abandon your good sense of eating healthy on vacation. Although you may strive for healthy eating, it’s easy to drift off and grab an ice cream cone here and there. There are, however, ways to watch what you eat on vacation. When traveling A woman in black blazer sitting inside the airplane going to order for her vegetarian meal- eating healthy on vacation – The Scorpion. Photo by RODNAE Productions on Pexels.com It’s easier than ever these days to request a low fat or vegetarian meal on airplane flights. If you choose to instead drive to your destination, the quest to find healthy food can get a bit more complicated. Rather than simply relying on greasy foods for nutrition, pack some nutritious foods in a cooler full of ice packs. Fruits and vegetables, crackers, yogurt, and sandwiches are all great to have with you on the road. In the hotel Once you arrive at your hotel, you should do yourself a favor and turn the minibar key down – as this helps to avoid the temptation. If your hotel offers a continental breakfast, stick to fruits, cereals, and proteins. When your hotel has a stove or microwave, consider bringing your own healthy food with you. If you simply must eat out, do so only when you are hungry. Restaurants will usually serve large portions, so be careful. If you do go a bit over on a meal, simply cut back on the next. If you find it hard to fit in three square meals a day, try to fit in six smaller meals or snacks, as your body needs fuel every four hours or so. When you eat out, avoid appetizers. Whatever you do, do not miss any meals. Bowl of vegetable salad and sliced fruits, a healthy food- eating healthy on vacation – The Scorpion. Photo by Jane Doan on Pexels.com When it’s possible, you should avoid eating large meals at night. When your body gets ready for sleep and slows down, it also burns calories at a much slower pace. Never eat bread before bed, and make sure to avoid the butter. Choose fish or poultry for your meal instead, and include vegetables as a side dish. Take this advice Even though it may sound hard, eating healthy on vacation isn’t really that difficult. All you have to do is use a little willpower, and pass up foods that you know aren’t good for you. This way, you’ll enjoy healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle wherever you go. The next time you go on a vacation, always remember that eating healthily is a way of life. You can afford to get something you crave, although you shouldn’t make a habit of it. One ice cream cone or a pizza isn’t going to matter – as long as you know when to stop.

  • COMMUNICATION 🌤

Optical, auditory, emotional, nonverbal, and verbal types of communications are needed to continue a relationship. A little communication goes such a long way. A relationship should be based on communication not on assumptions. Touch helps to create bonds! Maupassant said “It is the encounters with people that make life worth living.” A willingness to communicate without blame and stick to the point, being able to express anger assertively without blame or making the other person wrong and also respect differences without expressing judgement are the key to communicate with others positively. Physical touch and expression of affection are also a part of communication that should be mutually enjoyable. Sometimes a hug is all that you need to make you feel better. It can also be a sign of security, emotional support, friendship, or love. When you hug your partner you immediately give them the benefit of boosting their oxytocin levels, which creates a stronger bond and connection between the huggers. It is proved that oxytocin can boost the immune system ,reduce the stress hormone norepinephrine thus reduce stress and blood pressure. When you hug for several moments you can lift the level of serotonin. This can improve your partner’s mood. So a simple hug can reduce the feelings of loneliness, isolation and anger . When you hug there is an easy pressure that is placed on the sternum which creates an emotional charge activating the solar plexus, stimulating the thymus gland, which takes care of body’s production of the white blood cells and those keep a person free from disease and healthy. So A hug a day keeps the doctor away. Virginia Satir once said, We need four hugs a day for survival. We need 8 hugs a day for maintenance. We need 12 hugs a day for growth. Touch can calm your nerves, lowers  cortisol levels. Cortisol causes things like fat gain, heart disease, and high blood pressure, so physical touch isn’t just calming, but also healthy. While Hugs can make angry people comfortable, Holding your partner can offer comfort in crisis. Logically, trust is built over time when a couple gets to know one another’s true loyalty, patterns of behavior. In our brain sense of trust is often triggered by the release of dopamine. This  neurotransmitter is responsible for feeling closer to your partner through promoting trust and happiness. Physical intimacy also releases the endorphin which can act as a natural painkiller in our system. It can bring joy to your tough day and help you get a break from the negative thoughts. When polarity in relationships is fully embraced, a beautiful connection is created. So a little communication goes a long way. If you’re busy say it, if you’re running late then let people know, if you don’t want to do something, be straightforward, if you’ve doubt then ask.

  • Vaccines and Drugs for COVID-19: An overview

2020 was a pandemic year in human civilization that has affected 220 countries and resulted in 1.4 million deaths so far. This pandemic was the outcome of infection caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS- CoV-2) that accounted for 63 million confirmed human infections (World Health Organization (WHO)). The highly pathogenic virus strain was first reported in Wuhan, China in December 2019 leading to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Highly pathogenic SARS- CoV2 is an enveloped, single-stranded RNA virus of Coronaviridae family, which encode non-structural proteins (nsps), structural proteins, and several accessory proteins. Being a respiratory virus, primarily transmitted through aerosol and contact, it affected mainly the respiratory tract but Brain, Liver and Kidney have also been reported to be secondarily damaged. To fight the pandemic an effective vaccine or drug is urgently needed.  Several licensed coronavirus (CoV) vaccines are available for domestic animals but not for humans. Two vaccine candidates for SARS- CoV and three for MERS- CoV are in phase I clinical trials (WHO).   A successful vaccine must elicit both humoral and cellular immunity with immunologic memory. It must evoke immune response within the incubation period. Also, it must evoke humoral response against conserved coat proteins. However, an improper vaccine has potential risks of enhancement of the disease through antibody- dependent enhancement (ADE) mediated by non-neutralizing virus binding antibodies or enhanced respiratory disease (ERD) mediated by our own biased immune cell T helper 2 (TH2).   It must be noted that already infected patients must be given specific drugs to get rid of the virus and vaccines have no use for them. Vaccines provide life-long immunity to normal uninfected persons through repeated exposure by developing immunologic memory. All CoV enzymes and proteins involved in viral replication and the control of host cellular machineries are potential drug targets to be used as therapeutic agents for SARS- CoV-2. There are a number of drugs with activity, currently being investigated against virus-based and host-based targets.   Vaccines for SARS- CoV-2 Out of more than 214 COVID-19 vaccines, 51 are in clinical trials, 13 of them in phase III trials and several ready for field use (WHO; COVID-19 Vaccine tracker). There are three broad categories of candidate vaccines – first, protein- based vaccines such as inactivated virus vaccines, virus- like particles and protein subunit vaccines; second, gene- based vaccines such as virus- vectored vaccines, DNA vaccines and mRNA vaccines; and, third, a combination of both protein- based and gene- based vaccines such as live- attenuated virus vaccines. Hence, seven types of vaccines are being evaluated for potential use against COVID-19. These are summarized in the following table: Vaccine targets of SARS- CoV-2 SARS- CoV-2 encodes four structural (spike (S), membrane (M), envelope (E) and nucleocapsid (N)), 16 non-structural (nsp1-16) and 9 accessory proteins. All of these are potentially immunogenic and may be used to generate vaccines. However, S protein is the main target for vaccine development as it is involved in host cell receptor binding and membrane fusion and it’s a large protein having highly immunogenic epitopes. Thirteen vaccines against “S” protein are currently being developed and out of them 8 are in Phase III trials like Oxford-AstraZeneca, Moderna, BioNTech-Pfizer, Novavax, Janssen etc. These vaccines use full length S protein with or without some substitutions or the receptor binding domain (RBD) as immunogen. Unlike S protein, M and E are poorly immunogenic due to their small molecular size. Hence, no vaccine is currently being developed using these proteins. On the other hand N protein is highly immunogenic but it has been reported that vaccine expressing N protein enhanced infection- induced pneumonia and ERD.   Other than targeting a specific protein, whole UV, heat or chemically inactivated viruses are also being used to generate vaccines. Inactivated viruses contain all structural coat proteins, hence, they induce a broader antibody and T cell responses. Currently 4 inactivated virus vaccines are being developed and 3 of them are in phase III clinical trials (Sinovac, Sinopharm etc.).     Drugs for SARS- CoV-2 Structure-based therapeutic drugs are being designed (some with computational studies) against SARS- CoV-2 structural (S, E, M and N) and non-structural (nsp1-16) proteins and also against host proteins that are crucial for virus life cycle. These proteins are pharmacological targets of specific therapeutic compounds or ligands due to their critical function in viral transcription and replication. Drugs inactivate specific proteins by binding with specific amino acids or domains on them. Several drugs, effective against other diseases, are currently being analyzed and considered or repurposed in CoV treatment.  Following table represents drug targets with experimentally potential compounds against CoV proteins— Some of these potential drugs are in clinical trials for their efficacy. Apart from targeting key viral proteins, host cell factors are also being analyzed as potential drug targets to curb infection. These host factors regulate viral entry and inflammatory responses. Some of the anti-host drugs are under clinical trials – Some drugs have already been proven effective in clinical trials and got approval like Galidesivir, Chlorpromazine, Triflupromazine, Resveratrol, Gemcitabine, Mefloquine, Loperamide, Ivermectin, Losartan, Chloroquine, and Hydroxycholoquine.   Finally, it should be noted that combination therapeutic approach is more promising to evade viral mutation escape. Though drug repurposing giving hope, an effective vaccine and novel multi-targetable drugs must be developed for current as well as future epidemic re-emergence.           References: Bloch, E. Another funny 🤣 poetry in same broken Hindi. What it says that one day a honey bee asked a gardener if he would allow him inside, but he denied permission saying he was not trustworthy. On another day a goat came and asked the gardener if he could go inside. The gardener thought it’s a poor goat, so he allowed him inside. The goat was a fool, he didn’t understand the value of flowers so he ate all the leaves and destroyed all the flowers. The gardener became upset that his beautiful garden was spoilt by a goat who didn’t even pay a penny as a compensation. The gardener thought may be the Bee would be better.

I felt little horny Went to see mate; I found a lot Who were full of hate! I felt sleepy, Got a sweet dream; Wished to see the end; but The dawn pulled the curtain! Negativity is the enemy of her creativity. She forgets where she puts her hair clips But she remember every small thing about him. She’s careless, but she cares about alot for him She believes in kindness and the magic of fragrance, She lives in the universe with comet and nebula, And Dancing with the galaxies. This little girl who once thought darkness was the home of demons, Now the young girl can’t stop herself from falling in love with the darkness. This little girl who had nycotophobia Now she’s suffering from nyctophilia. She thinks a lot, but doesn’t speak to much, Nobody listened to her when she had a lot to say. But she’s a crazy story teller to her love. She’s a good listener, she loves being philosophical. She doesn’t need money, one day she earns enough for herself. She doesn’t need social status, she knows her own value. She doesn’t need expensive dinner, neither diamond nor gold, She just needs one shoulder to cry on when life gets hard on her. She’s poor and has nothing but a cup of black coffee with a little sugar, She’s a believer, who loves the smell of books, She’s a thinker, who loves to play guitar creating her own notes. She’s not pretty but  has the ability to make others smile, Even when she’s sad. She is not anyone’s first priority, she is only an option. You are the love that came without warning, And before i knew it, I was falling in love with you. My love happens unintentionally in a single flashing moment. It is not love at first sight. It is about the best kind of chemistry between two people when they meet. My nights pass somewhere and mornings elsewhere. This feeling in my heart keeps on increasing, it will surely render me crazy. How did you become so essential to me. You will imagine all the things ,that you will do one day, For that person you will bleed, for that person you’ll pray. In the direction where your breaths move, I wish i’ll stay there for my entire life. I fall in love with the most unexpected person, And he is the most beautiful thing i keep inside my heart. The first time I saw you I knew you’d be mine, I fall in love with the same person everyday. But it is not love at first sight, For me it is love at every single sight. I wish we stay the same, this much in love this much close, I wish to kiss your all tears , before in your eyes they froze.

Instead he compliments me in my natural and real form of messed up hairs, simple dressing and a big smile on my face. Yes he!! He’s a rare wildflower, a flower that enlightens my inner soul. His sweet fragrance freshens me, while his presence brightens me. He is doing normal conversation with me, And I’m going deep in his love by listening his every single word. When his words fall silent,my heart still hears his voice. Everywhere I look I only wish to see him. Once I told him take me dear before I die, Or look at me and forever say goodbye. I saw something in you that I couldn’t live without. I may speak rubbish, but you’re the only person I share those with. The life you scripted for me is more beautiful than any of the dreams I weave. To cross paths with someone who makes it easier. I don’t know whether your eyes or talks were the reason, That a day without talking to you feels like a year. I want to hold your hand when we’re 80 and say we made it. Yes he….

  • CHOOSE HAPPINESS FIRST🌙

Happiness isn’t something you simply wake up with one day. Happiness is something you have to choose, something to strive for, to work towards. you can wish for happiness, but if you rarely make choices that align with your idea of happiness, you will never truly fill it. Accept that there will be some testing moments and try a little harder to honor yourself and make decisions that better your life and also your mental state. Show up for yourself first , so you can show up for others. Remember that you have to choose happiness, it doesn’t always choose you. So stay true to your idea of happiness  and make a point of doing things (no matter how small they may seem) each day to help you achieve it. The best kind of people are the ones who love you unconditionally, are soft and gentle with your heart and soul, take responsibility for their actions, respect other members of your family let you be yourself and accept you as you are , forgive others instead of seek revenge,  patient with your struggles, help you without expecting anything in return, listen attentively, ask you to message them when you get home safe, check up on you when you are quiet, see the best in you even when you can’t, find happiness in your happiness, don’t try to make you feel guilty for being upset, are always honest, kind and loyal, hold space for you to feel your feelings without judgement. Some things you probably won’t regret are -doing more study, reading more and more books, being more honest, following your passion (such as painting or poetry), being kind to a stranger, finding your purpose, taking a break when you need one, sometimes listening to your brain, just to save your heart, taking care of your mental health, letting go of toxic people, loving yourself more and more. A bad relationship is like standing on broken glass, if you stay you will keep hurting dear and if you walk away you will also hurt but eventually you will heal. Ask yourself what you want your life to look like, close your eyes and try to picture yourself living your happiest life to the highest potential. Notice what surrounds you, who surrounds you. Notice what you have and what you bravely left behind to get to this place of peace. Now think about the present moment and ask yourself if the life you are living now will eventually lead you to the life you were just imagining for yourself. And if the answer is no, ask yourself what you could do differently. Sometimes you have to let people go because in the ocean of life when all you’re trying to do is stay  afloat, they’re the anchor that’s drowning you. We are often let down by those we trusted and loved by the most unexpected ones. Some make us cry for things that we haven’t done, others ignore our faults and just see our smile, some leave us when we need them most, some stay with us when we ask them to leave. The world is a mixture of people, we just need to know which hand to shake and which hand to hold. You have only one life to live, so live it without worrying about what others may think about you. In the end we only regret the chances we didn’t take. Apparently we actually live two lives. The second one starts when we realise we only have one. Love the one who loves you back unconditionally not your bank balance, big house or cars , don’t waste it on those that only love you when the conditions are right for them.  A relationship doesn’t solely belong to one person. No matter how hard you try. If the feeling is not mutual , it’ll be fruitless. And if the feelings are mutual the effort will be equal. Remember “Understanding” is an art and not everyone is an artist. You don’t love someone who wants your money, materialistic things and whatever. To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people just exist that’s all. So be the rare one, have fun, fall in love again, regret nothing, and don’t let people bring you down. Right decisions  determine the direction of your destiny. The right decisions are always the hardest to make, but they must be made in order to live the life you deserve.
