Food Habit, Good or Bad

Once we are grown up we actually need only a little energy to maintain our body. Until 25 years old we need protein as a vital part of our diet and fat as well. Later only carbohydrate and a very small amount of protein , either veg or non veg source should be enough to fulfill our requirement. However we must remember that this fact is true only when we don’t have much to do except sleeping and eating and normal daily movements for our physical needs. Any physical activities that stress our body and muscle must be compensated with sufficient amount nutrients to cover the damage.

Now a days a particular group of scientists have proved that eating vegetable based food is good for health and it doesn’t cause colon cancer. But people who try to implement those invention usually forget that too much of anything is bad. Some people are religiously motivated to eat vegetable based food and want to be seen as vegetarian. One must agree that only vegetarian diet isn’t a complete diet. It cant fulfill ones need of the body. other nature doesn’t care whether you agree or not, it has designed us and provide food for all. It is always a stray cow who gets hit by a stray car, and no one is responsible for the accident. If we look into the history of the human evolution and development stages and habits, we are actually omnivorous, who eat both veg and non-veg. It is until we discovered religion, were governed by the nature. Later humans modified their life style as per the religious teachings which has taken it’s toll on our health and our vulnerability of it to the nature. of course one can always argue that man developed health tonics can give us better longevity. Medicines definitely have ensured our life span to be more, but I must say we should keep food and medicines separately. food is required everyday but medicines are not required when we fall sick. Every existing animals on earth have invented their own medicines; look at the cats, big or small, they eat certain types of leafs and grass when they fall sick, likewise other animals too have their own ways to cure their health, sometimes we know it and most of the times we don’t even know it. Grazers eat grass and leaf; hunters eat meat, primates like monkeys, chimpanzees, orangutans and gorillas including human beings and many others eat both veg and non veg food items making them omnivorous animal. Some of the human populations who do not have a religion lessons on food habits do eat varieties of food. So it is dear mother nature who made humans to eat all but idiots choose not to and indirectly making them vulnerable to the natural diseases and poor health.

The so called animal world is an example of a perfect product of the nature where they are nourished by the nature, destroyed by the nature; Nature is the GOD. It is our curse that we are too imaginative that we discovered religion that governs human lifestyle. Not only that but human colonization and society itself is against the natural rules. We made almost every animal endangered unless it is cultured in a farm house to be eaten later by us.

  2. I was curious if you ever considered changing the structure of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?
